More and more people are adopting a healthy and natural lifestyle, especially when it comes to nutrition. Ozone gas generator
Hidden inside the machine, it grants total hygiene and prevents contamination from fruit flies and microorganism.
UV Sterilization
The UV LED light sterilization system is activated as soon as the juice is being poured into the cup. A further hygiene guarantee, just before drinking the juice.
Automatic cleaning system
automatic internal self-cleaning system, using high-pressure water jets to wash all parts in touch with the juice. It can be pre-set through a timer or after certain number of juices supplied.
Designed to be autonomous
The whole process is highly optimized. All parts are synchronized to work together: fruit storage, cup dispenser, squeezing unit are coordinated in order to minimize the operators actions. The advanced telemetry system allows to monitor all parameters: all is monitored in real time just by one single setting program.

The revolution of orange juice extractors
The Vertical Squeezing System is a patented technology that squeezes the juice in “cold-formed” and in a delicate way. The juice never gets in contact with the bitter peel oils from the peel so it is naturally sweet. This means that our system guarantees the highest standard of hygiene and cleanness in all phases of the squeezing process and the taste of the juice is totally intact. Analysis and certifications confirm the above: the orange juice produced by our machines is pure and it can be seen through the microscope. How it works

The Oranfresh squeezing process and our machines’ technology are covered by different international patents registered in the world since 1995.

The juice is obtained in a few seconds and is “cold-formed” to maintain all the nutritional properties. Peels and external elements are never in contact with the juice.2
The juice never gets in contact with the bitter peel oils from the peel so it is naturally sweet and it has no need of any other added water or sugar.3

Display 7’’ audio/video
Equipped with a proximity sensor and audio and video functions, on the 7inch display it is possible to load videos for advertising purposes or to highlight the benefits of freshly squeezed juices.
Complete remote monitoring
The advanced telemetry system, specifically developed for the Vending sector of Oranfresh, allows to monitor via PC, tablet or smartphone, all machine parameters in real time, from sales to technical diagnostics.
Biodegradable Cups
It is possible to use different cups sizes and materials, from 100% recycled plastic (rPET) to 100& biodegradable (PLA) to paper cups.
Low consumption
The entire squeezing process is optimized in order to reduce energy and resources consumption to their minimum.
