A.A.T. (Agroindustry Advanced Technologies S.p.A.) produces and develops agro-industrial machines with highly innovative processes for the HO.RE.CA sector (Hotels-Restaurants-Catering), designed to offer products aimed at the ever-increasing request for health foods and beverages.

AAT was founded in 1998 and has incorporated all agro-industrial activities of the former A.I.D. (Agriculture Industrial Development) company. A.I.D. was founded by Dr. Salvatore Torrisi on his return to Europe after the completion of a two year post-doctoral program at the Citrus Research Centre of the University of California at Riverside.

AAT is based in the industrial park area of Catania with state-of-the-art production and research &development facilities. The company has two commercial offices in Italy (Rome and Milan) and a branch office in China (Shanghai).

Under the Oranfresh logo, AAT produces and commercializes a broad range of automatic citrus juicers, professional centrifugal juice extractors, automatic vending juice machines and other equipment. These extremely innovative machines meet the highest standards of quality set forth by the most discerning health food consumers. The machines are commercialized and sold in over 40 countries around the world, amongst them Japan, USA, Australia, numerous European countries and naturally, Italy.
